Website Remodel | A Resource for Your Loved Ones

Privatewealthsolutions.com has received a bit of a makeover in the past few months. It was one of the first projects Doug presented to me upon joining the firm back in May. The website was redesigned specifically to accommodate you and your friends and family. To that end, we have updated our investor education page, videos, and website functionality.

The Investor Education page has been changed from a series of downloadable newsletters to an archive of individual articles. These articles are tagged with unique categories such as investing, retirement, economics, politics, etc. You can also use the search bar on the top right of the Investor Education page to locate articles based on keywords. Each article displays the author, a picture related to the post, and a heading with the estimated time it will take to read the article in its entirety. This is a great resource for friends, coworkers, children, and grandchildren who may have financial questions.

All of our video content and pictures have been updated on the website. Doug has a video describing our new client process and what can be expected from a first appointment. Allen has a video describing what tools and technology are available to our clients. There is even a video that includes our whole team talking about the value of working together in a synergistic environment. We often encourage prospective clients to take a walk through our website in order to better understand why and how we do what we do.

We want the website to be crystal clear and easy to use for everyone who makes the effort to learn more about Private Wealth Solutions. We have worked hard to eliminate anything that might be perceived as fluff or excess. You will see that the only content on our website at this point helps a person better understand who we are as individuals and as a firm.

I realize you may be worried that you will no longer receive a newsletter, you will. We will continue to write and print a quarterly newsletter as always. You may also be worried the link on our website to your Morningstar account is gone, it is not. You can still access your Morningstar account through the website. But, once you are there, take a minute a look through the new pages of the website. Take a look at the Investor Education page. I would love to know what articles you might like to have added to that page. What are your friends and family talking about? What financial questions are they asking? Let me know and I will be sure those topics end up in upcoming newsletters.
